Summary: Our survey asked people with Protein S Deficiency to give basic details of their health, lifestyle and experiences dealing with this rare blood disorder which is a recognised risk factor for venous thrombosis. The response indicates a strong interest from people affected by Protein S Deficiency to participate in further research and an opportunity for medical professionals to conduct follow up studies using a list of email contacts managed by www.protein.org.uk.
